    Upon review of your proposal, you will be contacted by the specified department if your product or service fills a company need or if additional information is required about the product or service.

      Donation Request Form

      Tacala’s donations are issued through our non-profit foundation, Team Tacala Charities with the goal to promote educational opportunities for teens in our communities and increase High School graduation rates and post-secondary education. Donations will only be considered for 501c3 non-profit organizations that are aligned with our mission and serve the communities where we do business.

      Due to the high volume of requests, completing this form is the only way to submit a donation request to Team Tacala Charities. Please submit all requests at least four weeks in advance. Incomplete or inaccurate requests will not be considered.
